10 Apr ’13 — Gigs in April

Just a quick one to plug a couple of upcoming shows we have in April. Get great bonuses on the site with casino bonus 50 euro. Limited offer.

First – this coming Saturday (13th), we are in Becky’s home town of Pewsey in Wiltshire for a good old fashioned pub gig at The Crown Inn. Free entry, and we’re going to play sometime after 8.30pm.

Then, on Friday 26th we return to an old haunt of ours – The Pumphouse in Watford, for a show at the Folk Club there. £5 on the door, and we are featured guest artists, playing up to an hour over two sets – with classic folk club floor spots taking place as well – should be fun!

Our diary is getting nicely full for the summer as we continue to promote the new album, with a few dates still to be confirmed – so please keep checking the gig page for details. Only here you are always welcome, together with online pokies real money you have no equal!

Also – please link to our Facebook page for the most up to date news.

19 Mar ’13 — More reviews

The reviews for Dance Through The Storm are starting to trickle in now, and we’re glad to say that they’re pretty good! Colin Bailey at Folking.com has called it “a well produced record of singular acoustic music”, and Tim Carroll at Folk Words “an album that promises and delivers much”. Head over to our Album page to see more snippets and links to full reviews.

9 Jan ’13 — Album launch

We’re very happy to be able to announce full details of two shows to celebrate the launch of our new album, Dance Through The Storm.

On Friday February 1st we are in London at Jamboree, in Cable Street. We will be doing a 45 minute spot with two other London based acts, and this will be the first time the new album will be available in hard copy form.

Then – on Saturday 2nd Feb we are in Bracknell, and a show in the Cellar Bar – part of South Hill Park Arts Centre, to officially launch the album.

Our good friend Chris Ricketts will open the show with a spot (and hopefully come and join us for a song later), with one more act TBC. …more
